A two-step mascara set designed to dramatically increase eyelash volume without the use of false lashes....the idea: a false eyelash look without false eyelashes.
Step 1: using the white base fomula bulid up lash length.
Step 2: Add volume and color with the color tip brush.
This can get messy so a careful hand is required.
