What is Fall Into Beauty?
Fall Into Beauty is L&P Aesthetics, Palo Alto, and The iO Clinic’s annual celebration of all things beauty! It’s a free event that is open to anyone who would like to learn more about L&P Aesthetics’ treatments and services and the wellness and skin services at The iO Clinic. It’s also an opportunity to win over $10K in raffle prizes, stock up on skincare products at 20% off, and purchase your L&P Beauty Bank or iO Clinic iOu for the next year.
We’d love to know if you’re coming on Thursday, Nov. 7 from 5:30-8 pm, so RSVP here. You’re welcome to bring a friend or two but please encourage them to RSVP as well so we plan for enough food, beverages, and gift bags.
Where is Fall Into Beauty happening and where can I park?
Fall Into Beauty 2024 will take place at The iO Clinic at 999 Alma St, in Palo Alto. You are welcome to use the parking lot across the street, find street parking (free after 6 pm) or you may want to consider taking an Uber or Lyft as we will be serving delicious cocktails to people over 21 years of age.
How do I get a gift bag?
When you arrive, you’ll be handed a Beauty Passport which you can take to the various vendors to receive stamps. Once your passport is complete, you will bring it to the front desk to receive a bag of swag.
How do I enter to win the $10K in raffle prizes?
Each vendor will have a raffle basket filled with skincare products or treatment gift certificates, including a year of Botox and a year of Dysport! When you visit each vendor, you can fill out a raffle card and put it in their basket. One winner for each raffle will be chosen AFTER the event.
Do I have to attend the event to enter the raffles?
Yes, you must attend to enter the raffles. But from 8 am on Nov. 7 through 12 pm on Nov. 8, you can go online to purchase Beauty Bank and iOu and get 20% off all skincare products using the checkout code FIB24.
Can I schedule treatment during the event?
No, we won’t be scheduling treatments or consults during the event, but all of our providers and staff will be on hand to answer your questions.

Can I buy skincare at the event?
Yes, and all skincare products will be 20% off on our online shop – ForTheFaceSkincare.com – using the code FIB24. We hope you stock up on everything you need! However, due to the volume of sales, we will not be able to hand your products to you that night. You can either ship them to your home (free shipping for orders over $100) or return to pick them up another day.
What happens if I can’t find a skincare product that I want on your online shop?
If we carry a product that is not on the website for some reason, please send us an email – [email protected] – and we will honor the 20% off the following day.
Can I use Beauty Bank or iOu to buy my skincare at 20% off online?
Beauty Bank and iOu can only be used for in-office purchases. If you purchase Beauty Bank and / or iOu, you can use them them the following day.

What is Beauty Bank and iOu?
Beauty Bank and iOu (I owe you) are discounted banks or credits you can purchase during Fall Into Beauty and use for nonsurgical services and in-office skincare for one year (Nov. 8, 2024 – Nov. 8, 2025).
Do I have to attend Fall Into Beauty to purchase Beauty Bank or an iOu?
We highly encourage you to attend the Fall Into Beauty event to purchase Beauty Bank and iOu but it will be available online for 24-hours starting at 8:30 am on Nov. 7, 2024.
If you’re not interested in purchasing either Beauty Bank or an iOu, you are still invited to enjoy the Fall Into Beauty party along with the nonsurgical and skincare educational experiences.
Can Beauty Bank and iOu be used at all of the clinics?
L&P Beauty Bank can only be used towards nonsurgical services and in-office skincare products at our Palo Alto location. iOu can only be used for skin and wellness services and in-office skincare products at The iO Clinic.
Are there different levels of Beauty Bank and iOu?
Yes! Both Beauty Bank and iOu have three tiers which you can read about here. The concept and rules are the same for all of the tiers, however, you get a larger discount when you purchase a higher dollar-value Bank or iOu.
Can Beauty Bank be used for surgery?
No. Beauty Bank CANNOT be used towards consult fees, skincare products through the website, TRL, FaceTite / NeckTite, hair transplants, surgeries or anything else that happens in the OR.
Can Beauty Bank be used for nonsurgical treatments like Botox with the MDs?
Yes, and purchasing Beauty Bank is the only way to get a discounted, nonsurgical treatment with Drs. Lieberman, Parikh and Curti.
What happens if I get pregnant or move out of state and can’t use my Beauty Bank or iOu?
Please let our teams know and we will work it out with you on a case-by-case basis.
Can I share Beauty Bank or my iOu with my daughter or sister or husband?
No, your Beauty Bank and iOu is just for you. It is non-transferable nor can it be shared.
If I purchase a package of nonsurgical or wellness treatments that is already discounted, can I use my Bank Bank or iOu?
No, you can only use one discount – either the existing package discount or your Beauty Bank / iOu discount.
Can I use it for skincare products?
Yes, but only after the event and in-store only. During Fall Into Beauty, all skincare is 20% off on our online store only using the code FIB24.
How do I apply Beauty Bank towards skin care online?
You cannot use Beauty Bank or iOu online.
When will Beauty Bank and iOu be available online?
It will be available on ForTheFaceSkinCare.com from 8 am on Nov. 7 through 12 pm on Nov. 8, 2024.
Does Beauty Bank and iOu expire?
Yes, it expires on Nov. 8, 2025. But in seven years, we’ve never once had someone not use their Bank in one year.
Can I use Beauty Bank on facials?
Since facials are performed at The iO Clinic, you’ll need to get an iOu for your regular facial treatments.
Can I get iOu and Beauty Bank?
Yes, and we highly recommend it! Having Beauty Bank and an iOu is the best way to get the services you want without waiting for a special.
