This lovely 49-year-old woman from Los Gatos came to our office because she did not recognize herself in the mirror anymore. In her late 30’s, she had liposuction under her chin leaving her with two prominent platysmal bands. She also showed signs of volume loss in her face. With a deep-plane facelift, revision neck lift and facial fat transfer, her natural beauty was restored. These pictures were taken one year after her procedure.
