Before joining L&P, Colleen was the Director of Education at a world-renowned skin care manufacturer. She was primarily responsible for training top aestheticians across the US and assisting in development of new products. Because of this Colleen has a deep understanding of skincare ingredients and the formulation of products which she shares with her patients as she builds realistic & effective home-care regimens and treatment plans for her patients. Sid has been a licensed aesthetician for five years, and thoroughly enjoys treating different patients’ skin. They have a wide range of experience as a medical aesthetician, and comes to us after working in Oregon and around the Bay Area.
Sid especially appreciates guiding patients to and through the treatment and product plan that is right for them. They love giving each patient the great skin they deserve.

After going through her own journey with hormonal acne, Melissa realized she had a passion for skincare. She brings a deep level of empathy and understanding for anyone who is struggling with skin issues.
After getting an esthetician license, Melissa continued her education in advanced skincare to become a Certified Paramedical Esthetician. She’s also a dance fitness instructor in the Los Gatos area.

After 10 years of experience as a medical assistant in dermatology and plastic surgery clinics, Leslie decided to get her Registered Nursing degree so that she could help people look and feel as healthy as possible. At L&P Aesthetics Skin & Wellness, Leslie manages the care of people getting IV infusions, vitamin shots, red light therapy and other wellness treatments.

Stacey is a passionate and caring professional who began her journey by earning two Associate degrees before working as an LVN in both medical and cosmetic dermatology. It was at the derm clinic where she discovered her love for aesthetics and a deep desire to help patients feel confident and radiant in their own skin.
Having admired Drs. Lieberman and Parikh for years, Stacey’s transition into the practice was a natural fit. She loves being involved in every step of the surgical journey—guiding patients from pre-op through to post-op with genuine care and compassion.
