Reconstructive Surgery – Nasal Bilobed Flap, Case 47

This is a 64 year old woman with a dime-sized hole in the left side of the nose after cancer removal by a Mohs surgeon in Menlo Park. We were able to reconstruct the nasal skin and muscle by rotating skin from above the defect, leaving a very normal looking nose.
