Consultation Fees
A consultation fee is required at the time of booking your consultation in order to secure the appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Please contact our office two business days in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment or need to reschedule. Failure to do so will result in a $100.00 fee for any appointments. The credit card you provided to secure your appointment will be charged. We strive to accommodate our patients’ schedules to the best of our ability. By receiving your cancellation in advance, we can better accommodate other patients.
If you reschedule your appointment with advance notice (more than two business days) there will be no charge. To reach us after-hours, please call the office and leave a message with our answering service. We will retrieve your time-stamped message on the following business day and process your request.
Financing Options
At L&P Aesthetics, we aim to ensure that all of our patients have access to the best possible aesthetic treatments. To mitigate costs, L&P Aesthetics partners with both PatientFi and CareCredit.
For patients who are looking for more flexibility in their payments, we are excited to introduce PatientFi! PatientFi is L&P Aesthetics’ partner to make financing easier, with monthly payment plans for any patient, no matter the treatment. With funding up to $50,000, zero-interest plans available, and no down payments, PatientFi offers best-in-class options to patients.

If you are interested in financing your procedure, L&P Aesthetics is happy to offer our patients flexible payment options through CareCredit. The approval process is simple, and our staff can assist you with prequalification over the phone.

We partner with two external vendors who provide rewards programs for patients who use their products. Learn more below about Allē by Brilliant Distinctions and ASPIRE Galderma Rewards.
Allē is the new and improved loyalty program by Allergan Aesthetics. With Allē, patients now earn points on Allergan Aesthetics brands like BOTOX® Cosmetic and JUVÉDERM fillers. With an Allē account, you’ll earn points on any treatment or product that you can redeem on future treatments and products at L&P Aesthetics. In addition, Allē members receive special offers and promotions throughout the year.
