Case Details
This 59-year-old San Francisco Bay Area woman came to our office in Palo Alto concerned about general facial aging. She felt that the aging process had sped-up over the past few years and was particularly concerned with jowling, neck sagging, loss of cheek volume, and an aged appearance of her upper eyelids. Ultimately she decided to proceed with a Faceliftand Neck Lift, Upper Eyelid Blepharoplasty, and Endoscopic Brow Lift. We also performed a medium-depth Chemical Peel to help reduce the fine lines around her mouth. The facelift was performed using a modified deep-plane technique, allowing us to re-suspend the cheek to a more youthful position, while treating the jaw and neckline. She healed extremely well and now feels that her post-operative appearance more accurately represents how youthful she feels inside.
