Happy Summer! We hope everyone had a nice 4th of July holiday, and is enjoying their summers. Drs. Parikh and Lieberman have been extremely busy! They just gave an informative seminar at Stanford about their pro-bono work with victims of domestic violence. Last month, they had the pleasure of attending a major Plastic Surgery conference in Las Vegas, in order to stay up to date on all of the new techniques in the field. They are excited to introduce one of these techniques and begin offering it to their patients – Dermasculpt Microcannula. This new technique is revolutionizing the way our doctors perform filler injections, as it significantly decreases pain and bruising, and does not require anesthesia. Our doctors have also been busy preparing for their next seminar on July 15th, which they will host at their Palo Alto office. From all of us at The Redwood Center, have a great rest of the summer and we hope to see you soon!

Featured Procedure: Rhinoplasty
In 2012, rhinoplasties were the second most performed cosmetic surgical procedure. Common reasons for seeking a rhinoplasty include: to reduce a high dorsum (“hump”), reduce the overall size of a nose, straighten a crooked nose, lift a droopy tip, bring a tip closer to the face, refine a rounded tip, narrow a wide nose, and lengthen a short nose. Drs. Parikh and Lieberman take great pride in their work with rhinoplasty, and understand how even a subtle change can have a profound benefit on a patient’s appearance and self-esteem. If you have concerns about your nose, we encourage you to call and make an appointment for a consultation. Drs. Parikh and Lieberman utilize cutting edge software to simulate the reshaping of your nose, so you know exactly what can be achieved with surgery.
