Case Details
This strikingly beautiful woman is just 6 weeks from our signature deep plane face and neck lift with extended deep neck contouring and a custom contoured chin implant. She is definitely on the younger side but has been bothered by early and progressive laxity in the midface, lower face and neck for several years. In conversations leading up to surgery, she discussed health struggles that she overcame played a role in some of these early aging changes. She is an energetic and positive woman and felt that her facial presentation did not truly represent how she felt on the inside.
In her particular case, this early laxity was accentuated by a subtle lack of strength of her mandible (jaw bone). In order to restore some projection of the chin and surrounding bone without changing her look, we spent time during surgery carving and contouring an implant to meet all these demands. As you can see, that subtle structural change in combination with our deep plane lifting technique creates a powerful balance of definition in some places and youthful softness in others.
