FaceTite & NeckTite
FaceTite: The Minimally-Invasive Facelift
For anyone considering a L&P Facelift but who is not ready to go under the knife for an extensive procedure, there is a safe, effective, minimally invasive option: FaceTite (aka NeckTite).

FaceTite / NeckTite (and AccuTite) are FDA-approved, effective and minimally invasive facial rejuvenation devices that use radio-frequency assisted lipolysis (RFAL) technology and employ thermal energy to tighten skin and remove excess fat.
If you’re ready to learn more about the most advanced facial contouring procedures available today, give L&P Aesthetics a call at (650) 407-2922 or request your consultation online with Dr. Lieberman, Dr. Parikh, or Dr. Curti. Our surgeons meet with people interested in FaceTite at our offices in Palo Alto and Los Gatos, CA.
A “Slightly Surgical” Face & Neck Tightening Option
FaceTite / NeckTite and AccuTite are scarless, minimally-invasive surgical procedures. They are performed under local anesthesia with only a 3-5 day recovery time. Unlike many laser treatments, FaceTite / NeckTIte and AccuTite can be used on patients of all skin types and all skin tones.
Nonsurgical Face & Neck Tightening Options
Completely nonsurgical face and neck tightening options include Ultherapy which uses ultrasound energy to tighten the skin and Morpheus8 which combines microneedling and fractionated radio frequency (Rf) to create firmer skin. However, Drs. L&P believe FaceTite / NeckTite to be the most effective minimally-invasive facelifting technique currently available.

What Is The Difference Between FaceTite / NeckTite and AccuTite?
FaceTite and AccuTite utilize the same technology, RFAL, to tighten skin and liquefy fat cells, but the two were designed to treat different areas of the face. FaceTite is best for tightening sagging skin on the lower face and neck. AccuTite delivers less energy, so it’s able to target smaller areas such as the brow and periorbital areas.
How Does The RFAL Technology Work?
Radiofrequency assisted lipolysis (RFAL) technology uses thermal energy to tighten skin and remove excess fat. After the area is numbed, a cannula is inserted under the skin through a small incision. The radiofrequency energy is directed through the cannula and distributed evenly in the sublayers of the skin, where it gradually becomes more intense and produces heat that literally liquefies excess subcutaneous fat.
The melted fat is either suctioned away through contouring liposuction or is left for your body to naturally eliminate, resulting in a more contoured face with a smoother skin texture.
In addition, the heating of the inner and outer tissues causes immediate contraction of existing collagen, while simultaneously provoking a collagen-induction response from your body. All of this new collagen rebuilds the foundation beneath the skin, which refreshes the face.
While FaceTite and AccuTite are minor surgeries, they are serious procedures that should be done by board-certified physicians such as Dr. Lieberman and Dr. Parikh.

What Areas Can FaceTite and AccuTite Treat?
As we age, our faces undergo natural changes which include less definition in the jawline, “sagging” in the lower face and skin and accumulation of fat and volume under the chin. FaceTite is perfectly positioned to treat these areas on the face and neck.
With less energy being transmitted, AccuTite is positioned to treat hard to reach areas with pinpoint accuracy. These areas include saggy skin near the eyes, brow and nasolabial folds.
Are FaceTite and AccuTite Painful?
FaceTite and AccuTite treatments can be done in the office or our Operating Room, using a local anesthetic. Numbing medication is administered beneath the skin through tiny incisions made in front of each ear. After the area is numb, Drs. Lieberman or Parikh will administer the radiofrequency energy via two probes, and most patients report that they didn’t feel a thing.
What Is The Downtime For FaceTite and AccuTite?
One of the best things about FaceTite and AccuTite is that they deliver excellent results without the downtime associated with major surgery. You will be very swollen and possibly bruised immediately after the treatment. It will take about five days for the swelling to go down and bruising to fade.
You will start to see the impact of the treatment immediately but the full result takes about three to six months for the final results to appear. And results of a single treatment can last up to five years.

Am I A Good Candidate For FaceTite and AccuTite?
FaceTite and AccuTite work well on almost all skin types and textures. A good candidate for FaceTite would be someone who wants to get rid of loose skin and excess fat on the face and neck; for Accutite, someone who wants to tighten small areas of loose skin around the eyes and nose.
People with significant amounts of loose skin, tissue and fat on their face would benefit more from an L&P Facelift and Neck lift, midline neck lift or liposuction which all lift and tightens the deeper layers of the face.
Also, it is good to know that the radiofrequency technology will melt dermal fillers. If you’re interested in dermal fillers, it is best to get them after your FaceTite or AccuTite treatment, not before.
To find out if you are a good candidate for FaceTite or AccuTite, give L&P Aesthetics a call at (650) 407-2922 or request your consultation.
